The British Berkefeld® Ultra Fluoride Ceramic Filter is a premium gravity-fed water filter, hand-crafted in the UK by British Berkefeld (Doulton®), a trusted manufacturer since 1862.
Designed for effective single-stage filtration, it requires no electricity, plumbing, or priming—making it ideal for home, off-grid, travel, and emergency use. It reduces up to 98.9% of fluoride, along with chlorine, bacteria, heavy metals, and other contaminants, while retaining essential minerals for clean, great-tasting water.
 
Compatible with most gravity systems including Berkey, ProOne, and other standard units, each filter delivers up to 1,950 litres of filtration (3,900L per pair). Flow rate starts slow and increases to approximately 2L per hour with use.

First Use:
Rinse and lightly scrub the ceramic surface, then run two full tanks of water through before drinking.

Important First-Use Instructions
Before installation, rinse the filter and lightly scrub the ceramic surface using a new Scotch-Brite™ scouring pad to remove any residual manufacturing dust.
Once installed, run two full cycles of water through the system before drinking.
