Filtered Water Throughout Your Home

Designed for high flow rates and built using WaterMark-certified components, our whole-house systems provide filtered water to your kitchen, showers and laundry—helping reduce sediment, chlorine, unpleasant tastes and odours.

Backed by local Australian support and trusted brands, Pure Water 4 Life makes whole-house filtration easy.

Explore our whole-house systems below and experience the difference.

Choose your whole-house filtration options

1. Standard — Sediment + Carbon + Carbon
Ideal for treated town water where sediment, chlorine, taste and odour are the main concerns.

2. Premium — Sediment + Carbon + Aragon Plus
Adds broader filtration capabilities, including reduction of selected heavy metals and other contaminants listed in the Aragon Plus supplier’s brochure. See the comparison below for more details.

3. Optional stainless-steel cover
Add a protective cover to help shield your system from direct sunlight and weather.

Using rainwater or bore water?
Your whole-house system can form part of a tailored treatment setup. Water testing helps identify any additional treatment or disinfection needed for safe drinking water.

Complete your setup with a kitchen filter
Pair your whole-house system with an under-sink filter or reverse osmosis system for an additional stage of treatment at your drinking-water tap.

Compare Our Whole-House Systems

Both systems begin with sediment filtration followed by a carbon-block cartridge. The difference is the final stage.

Whole House Filter Options

The Premium system’s Aragon Plus cartridge adds broader filtration capabilities, with the supplier’s brochure listing reduction of selected heavy metals, iron, chlorine, chloramines and pesticides. Matching the system to your water quality, maintaining the cartridges and operating at the recommended flow rate will help you get the best performance.

Both configurations can form the foundation of a tailored water-treatment setup. Where hardness or dissolved salts are a concern, dedicated softening or desalination treatment can be added. For untreated tank or bore water, water testing will help identify any additional filtration or disinfection needed to make the water safe to drink.

Replacement Cartridges and Maintenance

Keeping Your System Performing Well

Cartridge life depends on household water use, incoming water quality, sediment levels and the substances being treated.

Follow the specified replacement intervals and capacity limits for each cartridge, replacing sooner where conditions require. Reduced flow can indicate blockage, but normal flow does not confirm that a cartridge still reduces contaminants effectively.

Standard replacement set: one sediment cartridge and two carbon-block cartridges.

Premium replacement set: one sediment cartridge, one carbon-block cartridge and one Aragon Plus cartridge.

If you add an under-sink reverse-osmosis system, its filters and membrane have separate servicing requirements and costs.

Installation Guide and Help Choosing

Plan Your Installation

Your whole-house system should be installed by a licensed plumber on the main incoming cold-water supply, within the operating limits of all components.

Allow space for cartridge changes and servicing. Exposed outdoor installations may need a protective cover to shield the housings from direct sunlight and weather.

Why Australians Choose Pure Water 4 Life

Why Choose Pure Water 4 Life?

Optional Final Drinking-Water Stage — Reverse Osmosis

Whole-House Filtration Plus Dedicated Drinking-Water Treatment

Either whole-house system can be paired with a separate under-sink reverse-osmosis system for additional treatment of drinking and cooking water.

The whole-house system filters water supplied throughout the property. The reverse-osmosis system then treats water at the kitchen and delivers it through a dedicated drinking-water tap.

Depending on the selected membrane and system specifications, reverse osmosis can reduce dissolved salts, fluoride and selected metals and other dissolved contaminants that the whole-house cartridges may not adequately address.

How the combination works:

Whole-house filtration → under-sink reverse osmosis → dedicated drinking-water tap.

Reverse osmosis requires suitable incoming pressure, a wastewater connection and ongoing filter and membrane replacement. Storage space requirements depend on the model selected.

Tank, Bore and Other Untreated Water

Choosing Treatment for Your Water Source

Tank, bore, river and dam water need assessment before a filtration system is selected. Clear water with no unusual taste or smell can still contain microorganisms or dissolved contaminants.

Depending on your water source and laboratory results, additional treatment may include:

  • Microbiological risks: suitable pre-filtration and correctly designed UV or other disinfection.

  • Heavy sediment or cloudiness: additional sediment treatment before the main filters.

  • Elevated iron, manganese or hardness: treatment specifically selected for those conditions.

  • Dissolved salts or other dissolved contaminants: appropriately selected reverse osmosis or specialist treatment.

Neither whole-house system, alone or combined with an under-sink RO unit, should automatically be assumed to make untreated water safe to drink.

An under-sink RO system treats water at its dedicated outlet. It does not address untreated-water risks at other taps or showers.

Please contact us with your water source and any recent laboratory results before ordering. Some supplies require treatment beyond the systems we stock.
