Stainless Stand is recomended if you want the unit to be free standing or stand and cover is when you want the unit all tucked away.

*The Big Blue BPA free plastic is made for the Aussie environment and is UV stable for a long life however the stainless steel cover would definalty increase the life of the unit significantly.
