Fluoride reduction in the same filter Each Ultra Fluoride element combines ceramic filtration with fluoride-reduction media. Both included filters perform the same job, with no additional filters hanging beneath them.

What to Expect from Ceramic Filtration Water passes gradually through the ceramic elements. Allow time for filtration, with flow varying according to water level, source-water quality, conditioning and filter cleanliness.
The larger chamber provides more storage. Refilling as part of your daily routine helps keep filtered water available when you need it.

Before ordering: Allow clearance beneath overhead cupboards to remove the lid and refill the upper chamber. A stand increases the overall height. Choose a sturdy, level surface that can support the system when filled.

Stainless steel tap: Upgrade the standard tap for a coordinated stainless-steel finish.
Stainless steel stand: Provides more clearance beneath the tap for glasses and bottles. Select the size compatible with your 12L system.
Optional extras are sold separately.
Filter Replacement Replace the included pair of Ultra Fluoride filters after approximately 3,000 litres, or sooner depending on incoming water quality and fluoride concentration.
Actual filter life varies with water conditions and usage. Follow the instructions supplied with your filters.
Cleaning the ceramic surface can help restore flow, but does not renew exhausted fluoride-reduction media.

A Note on TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) New ceramic filters can temporarily raise TDS readings as small amounts of soluble minerals enter the water during conditioning. These filters also retain naturally occurring minerals, so a lower reading after filtration isn’t necessarily expected.
A higher reading alone does not mean your filter is faulty. TDS meters cannot confirm fluoride reduction or water safety. Follow the supplied conditioning instructions and contact us if elevated readings persist.
